Director of Food and Beverage
I started my Food & Beverage career with Club Corp at a fine dining Country Club named The Lakes Club. This was a training hub for up-and-coming managers being trained to manage other clubs acquired by Club Corp. It was a great experience from which I honed many skills as a Service Director.
There on after I took a position with First Service Residential as the Food & Beverage director at Corte Bella Country Club. I really enjoyed my tenure at Corte Bella, made many friends and established great rapport with numerous business professionals.
Soon after, I was given an opportunity to expand my career horizons with Blue Star Resorts and Golf. I acquired a new Directors position at Trilogy at Vistancia. This also was a great experience for me where there again, I developed many friendships that I carry to date. I was able to create numerous exciting events, from which were very well received by the residents and staff.
After my tenure with Trilogy, I was fortunate enough to land a position with the company I first started my Food & Beverage career with, Anthem Country Club. I took on the role of Director of Banquets. I had the privilege of working with a great management team and a great service staff.
I met and worked with many groups there establishing and rendering over 250 events a year with the utmost professionalism. After my tenure with Anthem, I was able to acquire the Director of Food and Beverage position here at Sterling Grove CC, under the Troon Management Company.
Working closely with the Sterling Grove management team, and Toll Brothers lifestyle team, I aim to provide great experiences via our special events at The Copper + Rye.
