Kelly Lovegrove is a NASM certified personal trainer and Precision Nutrition coach. For over 6 years, Kelly has coached thousands of people to a stronger, healthier and happier life with a focus on overall wellness. She loves pulling the “inner warrior” out of her clients with challenging yet fun workouts, that are never the same. Kelly’s realistic approach to a healthy lifestyle centers around balance. “Life is meant to be lived, food is meant to be enjoyed and moving your body is a celebration, not a punishment.” When not teaching fitness classes at Sterling Grove Golf and Country Club, Kelly is a real estate agent and enjoys exploring, hiking and traveling with her rescue dog Veda.
