Resident Golf Membership
Golf is an optional membership for Sterling Grove residents.
Benefits include:
- Access to all golf-amenities
- All Social Member benefits
- Golf privileges at an extensive portfolio of Troon Privé® golf properties
Initiation Fee: $22,500 (Non-Equity, Non-Refundable, Plus Tax)
Dues: $650/month plus tax = $510 (golf) + $140 (social)
Resident Junior Golf Membership
The Resident Junior Golf Membership is for golf-enthusiasts under the age of 40. Does not include access to Troon Privé® Privileges.
Benefits include:
- All Social Member benefits
- Full access to the golf course and practice facilities
- Initiation fees already paid will apply towards the initiation fee at the time of conversion once the member reaches age 40.
Initiation Fee: $7,500 (Non-Equity, Non-Refundable, Plus Tax)
Dues: $480/month plus tax = $340 (golf) + $140 (social)
Non-Resident Membership
Non-Resident Golf Membership – Recallable*
Membership available to local residents who do not live in Sterling Grove Golf & Country Club.
- Full access to all amenities
- Access to Troon Privé® Privileges for play at other courses with a preferred rate
- Dues include spouse and children under 25 in the same household
Initiation Fee: $7,500 (Non-Equity, Non-Refundable)
Dues: $650/month plus tax = $510 (golf) + $140 (social)
*Sterling Grove Memberships are limited. A recallable membership may be recalled by the Owner/Operator beginning in calendar year 2025 in order to offer the membership to a Sterling Grove Resident. Initiation fees are non-refundable. Non-residents who wish to become homeowners can apply their initiation fees towards a Resident Membership.
