RESIDENT SOCIAL MEMBERSHIP
Every resident of Sterling Grove Golf & Country Club is a Social Member. To truly elevate your experience, you will have full access to all of our resort-style amenities, and public access to golf play at various times throughout the year.Benefits include:

Initiation Fee: $5,000 (Non-Equity, Non-Refundable, plus tax)
Dues: $140/month + tax
RESIDENT GOLF MEMBERSHIP
Golf enthusiasts of all skill levels will enjoy the benefits of becoming a golf member at the West Valley's first elite-level Golf Club.
Benefits include:
- Access to all golf-amenities
- All Social Member benefits
- Golf privileges at an extensive portfolio of Troon Privé® golf properties
Initiation Fee: $22,500 (Non-Equity, Non-Refundable, plus tax)*
Dues: $700/month + tax = $550* (golf) + $150 (social)
Resident JUNIOR GOLF MEMBERSHIP
Junior Resident Golf Membership Info
The Junior Golf Membership is for golf-enthusiasts under the age of 40. Does not include access to Troon Privé® Privileges.Benefits include:
- All Social Member benefits
- Full access to the golf course and practice facilities
- Initiation fees already paid will apply towards the initiation fee at the time of conversion once the member reaches age 40.
Initiation Fee: $7,500 (Non-Equity, Non-Refundable, plus tax)
Dues: $515/month + tax = $365 (golf) + $150 (social)
NON-RESIDENT GOLF MEMBERSHIP – RECALLABLE*
Non-Resident Golf Membership Info
Membership available to local residents who do not live in Sterling Grove Golf & Country Club.
Benefits include:
- Full access to all amenities
- Access to Troon Privé® Privileges for play at other courses with a preferred rate
- Dues include spouse and children under 25 in the same household
Annual Initiation Fee: $2,500
Pay in three (3) annual installments equaling $7,500 plus tax. ($2,500 due upon activation)
Dues: $700/month + tax = $550 (golf) + $150 (social)
*Non-Resident Golf Memberships are recallable and non-equity. Memberships at Sterling Grove Golf and Country Club are limited. Initiation fees have an 8.5% tax and are non-refundable. Non-Residents who wish to become homeowners can apply their initiation fees towards a Resident Membership at the current rate. Monthly dues have an 8.5% tax. Initiation and rates are subject to change.
