STRENGTH TRAINING | THURS. | 6:15 AM | Taught by Kelly Lovegrove

Aim to improve cardiovascular health, muscular strength and endurance. These classes utilize a variety of equipment to help keep your fitness routine fun and fresh.

Kelly Lovegrove is a NASM-CPT & PN1 Nutrition Coach. For over 7 years, Kelly has been training people of all fitness levels with her combination of Strength Training & HIIT workouts. Kelly creates movements & workouts that build muscle, burn fat, increase performance, agility, and endurance, as well as overall cardiovascular health and wellness.

***REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED FOR ALL GROUP FITNESS CLASSES; 12 HOUR CANCELLATION*** 

*Cancellations must be made 12 hours or more in advance, prior to the class date. Members who do not cancel within the 12 hour timeframe will be charged in full.
