CHAIR YOGA | TUES. 5:30 PM | Taught by JoJo Santiago

Strength Chair Yoga allows you to perform yoga poses seated or standing using a chair for support/balance. This class combines all the benefits of yoga with the added Benefits of Weight Training. It combines all the Benefits of Yoga: increased musculoskeletal flexibility & range of motion, can reduce high blood pressure, fuller deep breathing, stronger immune system, reduced stress, may help prevent or reduce Osteoporosis. Adding hand weights to build muscle, bone density and core stability. No down on the floor.

***REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED FOR ALL GROUP FITNESS CLASSES; REGISTRATIONS MUST BE MADE 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE TO CLASS DATE/TIME; 24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY*** 

*Cancellations must be made 24 hours or more in advance, prior to the class date. Members who do not cancel within the 24 hour timeframe will be charged in full.
